When a child is born it inherits one half of its DNA from its mother and one half from its father.This unique combination of DNA will match that of the biological parents of the child.

Why DNA Tests Work

Paternity testing is one of the scientific ways to determine if a man is the biological father of a child. Because we all inherit our DNA from our biological parents — half of the DNA from our mother, and half of the DNA from our father.

A paternity test compares a child's DNA pattern with that of the "alleged father" to determine if there is a match. If performed by our lab, it's the most definitive proof of a biological relationship with 100% Accuracy.

Siblingship tests have multiple uses. For your families, it can provide information about both siblings and parents. Siblingship tests with 100% accuracy can determine if two or more people are siblings, and furthermore if they are full- or half-siblings.

When a parent is absent siblingship tests can provide useful information about the missing parent's paternity or maternity.Siblingship tests can also be very useful tools for legal cases.

They can be used dealing with Social Security benefits, inheritance claims, immigration, child support, and adoption identification and reunification.

LEGAL DNA TESTING

Legal DNA Testing

If you need paternity test results that can be used as a legal document (for example, to change the name on the birth certificate or to obtain child support and other benefits), a Legal DNA Test needs to be performed.

Unlike the Home DNA Test, where tested parties collect their own samples at their convenience, the Legal DNA Test follows a Chain of Custody documentation process to ensure that you receive accurate and legally defensible results.
